The Klein Law Firm announces that a class action complaint has been filed on behalf of shareholders of Apogee Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQGS: APOG) who purchased shares between June 28, 2018 and September 17, 2018. The action, which was filed in the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota, alleges that the Company violated federal securities laws.
In particular, the Apogee lawsuit alleges that (i) Apogee lacked the required labor force in place to ramp-up its production; (ii) Apogee was unable to hire, train and retain new employees; (iii) Apogee’s productivity and margins would be negatively impacted; and (iv) as a result of the foregoing, Defendants’ statements about the Company’s business, operations, and prospects, were false and misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis.
Shareholders have until January 4, 2019 to petition the court for lead plaintiff status. Your ability to share in any recovery does not require that you serve as lead plaintiff. You may choose to be an absent class member.
