Sema4 Lawsuit Loss Submission Form

The Klein Law Firm announces that a class action complaint has been filed on behalf of shareholders of Sema4 Holdings, Corp. (NASDAQ: SMRF) who purchased shares between March 14, 2022 and August 15, 2022. The action, which was filed in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, alleges that the Company violated federal securities laws.
